All online bookings, contact forms, and pricing requests submitted through the iTravelex website are treated as Inquiries (Requests for Quotation) rather than confirmed bookings.

A booking is only considered confirmed once:

• Our travel consultants verify live availability and coordinate the parameters with our primary suppliers (airlines, hotels, local guides).
• You receive a formal, written "Booking Confirmation" containing your unique booking reference.
• The required deposit or full payment is processed and successfully received in our accounts.

While we strive to provide highly accurate rates, prices listed on our digital portals are indicative and subject to change without prior notice. Final costs depend on seasonal availability, fuel surcharges, government taxes, currency fluctuations, and third-party supplier adjustments.

For customized tour packages, the finalized quote will be locked in only at the time of official booking confirmation. In the event of a system clerical error or pricing miscalculation, iTravelex reserves the right to cancel any affected reservations and issue a full refund of any funds collected for that specific reservation.

Each holiday tour, flight booking, hotel reservation, and travel package is subject to the unique cancellation and modification terms of the respective primary suppliers (airlines, cruise lines, hotels).

Any changes or cancellation requests must be submitted directly to iTravelex in writing. While we will make every effort to assist you:

• Administrative change fees may apply in addition to any penalties assessed by suppliers.
• Non-refundable bookings (such as budget airlines or promotional hotel rates) cannot be refunded once confirmed.
• Refund processing times vary depending on the financial institution and suppliers, but typically take between 14 to 30 business days.

It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure they meet all entry requirements for their selected destinations. This includes holding a valid passport (typically requiring a minimum of 6 months validity past your planned return date) and procuring correct visas, transit visas, health certificates, and immunizations.

iTravelex provides helpful visa guidance and documentation assistance as part of our core service offering. However, we are not a consular body and have no control over visa issuance. We cannot be held liable for visa denials, immigration delays, or border refusals.

iTravelex acts as an intermediary agent facilitating transactions between travelers and independent service providers (such as airlines, hotels, tour operators, and transport companies). We do not own or operate these independent services.

Consequently, iTravelex is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, loss of luggage, delay, or scheduling changes caused directly by the acts, omissions, or defaults of these independent travel suppliers. We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to safeguard your trip.

The iTravelex name, logo, custom icons, graphics, text, and overall website design are the exclusive property of iTravelex and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are permitted to download and print fragments of our destination guides or holiday itineraries solely for personal, non-commercial travel planning. Any modification, redistribution, or replication of this content without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.

In no event shall iTravelex, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this website, booking platforms, or standard services.

Our maximum aggregate liability for any proven claim arising directly out of or in connection with a booking shall not exceed the total service fee paid by you to iTravelex for that specific booking transaction.
